Go Back to Basics and Find Calm

Breathing is not just an automatic body function to keep you alive. Your breath is your life force (prana) and should not be taken for granted. 

​

Your breath is a fantastic tool to reduce stress and bring the mind to the present moment. It is like the glue holding body and mind together.

​

Therefore in my teaching breath comes before movement - if you are not paying attention to your breathing, your mind will most likely be wandering and not focused.

​

In the practice of Pranayama, yogic breathing practices, I will work with you and teach you to reconnect to your life-force not only in class but anywhere.

​

Get in touch, re-learning to breathe truly changed my life and turned heartbeat-raising situations (like zip-lining in the jungle or diving) into the most amazing experiences of my life.
